Sleep Better · The Sleep Reset

Better nights Brighter days

A holistic and behavioural approach to sleep, with CBT-I-informed support where appropriate.

Sound familiar?

Sunlit cozy bedroom with rumpled cream bedding, pillows, a glass of water, books, and leafy branches on a bedside table

You lie awake with a busy mind. You wake at 3am and cannot drop off again. You are exhausted all day, then wide awake at bedtime. You have tried the apps, the tea and the early nights, and nothing lasts.

Poor sleep affects your energy, mood, focus and skin. The good news is that long-term insomnia usually responds well to the right structured approach.

Who it is for

  • Taking more than 30 minutes to fall asleep

  • Waking in the night or too early

  • Feeling unrefreshed however long you sleep

  • Worrying about sleep, or dreading bedtime

  • Wanting to reduce reliance on sleeping tablets

What is CBT-I?

Cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) is a structured, evidence-based programme for persistent sleep problems. Rather than masking the problem with medication, it changes the habits, timing and thinking patterns that keep insomnia going. It takes commitment over a few weeks, and the improvements tend to last.

Consultation

Where

Canary Wharf, Soho or online

Price

From £75

Duration

4 to 6 sessions over 6 to 8 weeks

How it works

01

Assess

We look at your sleep pattern, routine, health, medicines and lifestyle, and check for anything that needs medical attention, such as sleep apnoea

02

Track

You keep a simple sleep diary for 1 to 2 weeks. If you use a wearable such as an Oura Ring, Apple Watch, Fitbit or Garmin, we can review its sleep data to show your real pattern.

03

Reset

A structured CBT-I programme over 4 to 6 sessions. It retrains your body clock, rebuilds the link between bed and sleep, and quietens the thoughts that keep you awake.

04

Sustain

You finish with the tools to handle bad nights yourself, so the results last.
