Skin polynucleotides are an injectable regenerative treatment made from highly purified DNA fragments.
They work with your skin's own repair processes to support collagen production, improve hydration and elasticity, and refine texture. The result is skin that looks fresher, firmer and more even, while still looking like you.
They suit skin that looks tired, dull or thinner than it used to, early fine lines, crepey texture and acne scarring. Common areas are the face, neck, décolletage and hands. We use Plinest and Newest depending on needs.

If you want better skin quality without changing their features. It is not suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a fish or salmon allergy, or have an active skin infection in the area. Some medical conditions need discussion first, which is why every treatment starts with a consultation.

Skin often feels more hydrated within a couple of weeks. Improvements in texture, firmness and the under-eye area build over 4 to 8 weeks and continue after the course ends.

Results usually last 6 to 12 months, depending on age, skin and lifestyle. A maintenance session every 6 to 12 months keeps them going.

We cleanse the skin and apply numbing cream if needed. Small amounts are placed with a fine needle or cannula. Small bumps are normal and settle within 24 to 48 hours.

Mild redness, swelling, tenderness or small bumps at injection points are common and short-lived. Bruising can happen, especially under the eyes. Allergic reactions are rare.

Avoid make-up for 12 hours, and strenuous exercise, saunas, alcohol and touching the area for 24 to 48 hours. Contact the clinic directly if you have any concerns after treatment.
